Similar to Coca-Cola’s “pause that refreshes.” But here the packaging is designed with a “pause button” that, when pressed, dispenses chocolates.
“SchokoPause does it differently: just press the pause button and enjoy your short time-out. The SchokoPause box contains already portioned snacks – for example chocolate – which provide stability by means of their arrangement: a single push on the lid’s center detaches the lid smoothly from the rim and releases the snacks.”
The circular, arch arrangement of the chocolates provide multiple keystones which keep the center area beneath the printed “pause button” unobstructed. This allow one to press down on the button, breaking the foil seal, but without crushing the chocolates contained. (Although, judging from the diagram on the left, the edges of the chocolates might be subject to some friction in the process.)
