1. Saul Bass & Clarence Sato’s 1965 design for Ohio Blue Tip Matches in a king sized slide box.
2. A more recent matchbox from China with similar design elements (photo of a burning match and “stencil” style typography).

Although photos of this box appear to all be in black and white, a related package for matches in decorator “safety-cans” used the same photo and stencil font.
Faya matches are available for import on AgreeTao, described there as “Ordinary wooden matches,” “traditional old-fashioned matches” and “FAYA black seduction” (whatever that means)
