Branding and package design for Respirer®, a fictional luxury air product, commissioned for As Real As It Gets, an exhibition curated by NY Times writer, Rob Walker.
Our luxury packaging design started with an airy “R” logo. Luxury air is a hard sell since its bottles look just as empty as regular low-income bottled air. How do you depict something invisible? With the Respirer brand logo, the solution was to allude to vortices and hurricane weather patterns… which happened to form the letter “R.” Read more about this project on box vox: Every breath you take is Respirer®
